Job Summary

Motivated by an uncapped commission structure, the remote Texas Licensed Financial Sales Consultant will close sales by guiding prospects through loan applications, manage multiple transactions, and exceed performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Close sales by influencing prospects through the loan application process within 1-2 calls
  • Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages to ensure lead follow-up
  • Identify customer pain points and articulate solutions through best-in-class loan products
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center
  • Proven track record of success in commission-heavy sales roles
  • Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRMs while engaging in high-energy conversations
  • Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift, including one weekend day
