Job Summary
Motivated by an uncapped commission structure, the full-time Texas Licensed Financial Sales Consultant will work remotely to close sales on innovative digital personal finance solutions, manage a pipeline of transactions, and exceed performance metrics.
Key responsibilities:
- Close sales by influencing prospects through the loan application process within 1-2 calls
- Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages to ensure lead follow-up
- Identify customer pain points and articulate how loan products provide solutions
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center
- Proven track record of success in commission-heavy sales roles
- Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRMs while engaging in high-energy conversations
- Willingness to work an 8-hour shift that includes one weekend day
