Job Summary
Motivated by an uncapped commission structure, the full-time remote Texas Licensed Financial Sales Consultant will close sales through warm leads, manage a pipeline of transactions, and exceed performance metrics to drive earnings above $100k.
Key responsibilities
- Close sales by guiding prospects through the loan application process within 1-2 calls
- Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages to ensure lead follow-up
- Identify customer pain points and effectively communicate solutions using loan products
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center
- Proven track record of success in commission-heavy sales roles
- Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRMs while maintaining engaging conversations
- Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift, including one weekend day
