Job Summary
Motivated by an uncapped commission structure, the full-time Texas Licensed Financial Sales Consultant will work remotely to close sales on personal finance solutions, manage active transactions, and exceed performance metrics using warm leads.
Key responsibilities
- Close sales by influencing prospects through the loan application process within 1-2 calls
- Manage up to 20 active transactions, ensuring effective follow-up and lead management
- Identify customer pain points and articulate solutions through direct selling of loan products
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center environment
- Proven track record of success in commission-heavy sales roles
- Experience navigating Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift, including one weekend day
