Job Summary

Motivated by an uncapped commission structure, the part-time Texas Licensed Financial Sales Consultant will work remotely to close sales using warm leads, manage multiple active transactions, and identify customer needs related to personal finance solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Close sales by influencing prospects through the loan application process within 1-2 calls
  • Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages, ensuring effective follow-up on leads
  • Identify customer pain points and articulate solutions using the company's loan products
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center environment
  • Proven track record in commission-heavy roles with strong closing abilities
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems while engaging in high-energy conversations
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift that includes one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
