Job Summary
Motivated by an uncapped commission structure, the part-time Texas Licensed Financial Sales Consultant will work remotely to close sales using warm leads, manage a pipeline of active transactions, and exceed performance metrics in a dynamic sales environment.
Key responsibilities
- Close sales by guiding prospects through the loan application process within 1-2 calls
- Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages to ensure lead follow-up
- Identify customer pain points and effectively communicate how loan products provide solutions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center
- Proven track record of success in commission-heavy roles
- Experience navigating Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day
