Texas Licensed General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Counsel to serve as a strategic legal and business partner to the CEO and executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial contract strategy and execution, including customer and vendor agreements
• Manage litigation and arbitration matters, advising on risk and resolution strategies
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and operationalize the company's legal strategy

Required Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of legal experience, including in-house experience
• Deep expertise in commercial contracts and business-side legal advising
• Hands-on experience managing litigation and arbitration
• Experience in marketplaces, logistics, transportation, SaaS, or regulated industries is a plus
