Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in hospitality, with a focus on hotel operations, food and beverage, and events
• Proven ability to drive revenue through hands-on sales execution and relationship management
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and ability to connect front-of-house experience to back-of-house efficiency
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams with a focus on accountability and ownership
• Operationally sharp, with experience in optimizing labor and processes to improve profitability
