Key Responsibilities

• Maintain grants master data for accurate reporting and compliance
• Serve as a subject matter expert on grants data reporting and financial accounting systems
• Oversee account reconciliation and supervise research accounting staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Five years of experience in research administration or grants accounting, including three years in people management
• Familiarity with ERP systems and grants management platforms
• Knowledge of federal regulations related to grants
• Advanced proficiency in technology tools for data analysis and reporting
