Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants & Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reporting tasks for sponsored projects and oversee staff productivity
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and provide guidance and training to staff
• Collaborate with G&C Managers to coordinate processes and address operational challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or related field, including 3 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles and federal/state regulations related to research administration
• Preferred: CPA - Certified Public Accountant upon hire
• Successful completion of specific leadership programs may substitute for supervisory experience
