Texas Licensed Head of Finance

Job Summary

To build and lead the financial architecture for a growing ecosystem of operating companies and investment vehicles, the full-time Texas Licensed Head of Finance will work remotely, overseeing financial reporting, capital allocation, cash management, and governance while partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build ecosystem-level financial visibility across operating companies and investment vehicles
• Own consolidated forecasting, budgeting, and liquidity planning across the full platform
• Create capital allocation frameworks that guide investment decisions and debt usage

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of finance leadership experience in private equity, family office, or multi-entity environments
• Proven experience managing complex ownership structures and intercompany activity
• Strong background in capital allocation, treasury, and lender management
• Deep corporate accounting and fund accounting fluency
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
