Job Summary
To build and lead the financial architecture for a growing ecosystem of operating companies and investment vehicles, the full-time Texas Licensed Head of Finance will work remotely, overseeing financial reporting, capital allocation, cash management, and governance while partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build ecosystem-level financial visibility across operating companies and investment vehicles
- Own consolidated forecasting, budgeting, and liquidity planning across the full platform
- Create capital allocation frameworks that guide investment decisions and debt usage
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of finance leadership experience in private equity, family office, or multi-entity environments
- Proven experience managing complex ownership structures and intercompany activity
- Strong background in capital allocation, treasury, and lender management
- Deep corporate accounting and fund accounting fluency
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
