Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, budget management, and compliance with state regulations
• Lead and develop a team of educators while fostering student engagement and community relationships

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in K-12 education, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record of successful school leadership in a large-scale educational program
• Deep knowledge of Texas educational regulations and virtual education best practices
• A master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• A valid state teaching and/or administrative credentials
