Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health & Benefits Actuarial Senior Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial lead for large, complex client assignments and make strategic recommendations
• Lead financial/actuarial engagements for medium to large clients and drive revenue growth
• Develop and deliver financial/actuarial strategies while guiding teams on client deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies and analysis
• Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships
• Expert knowledge in employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts
• Experience leading data analytic projects and keeping abreast of industry developments
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
