Job Summary

To lead high-profile client engagements, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Health Benefits Director will develop innovative solutions for health and benefits issues, manage client relationships, and drive market penetration strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor in designing and managing health and benefits programs for large clients
• Create and execute business strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones while meeting revenue goals
• Raise awareness of the organization's capabilities through public engagements and contribute to the development of new tools and approaches

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in designing and managing large group health and welfare plans in a consulting or brokerage environment
• Proven track record of managing and growing large client relationships and generating revenue
• Executive presence with strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management across all organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required, along with a State Life and Health license within 90 days of joining
