Job Summary
A company is looking for a Health & Benefits Associate Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to health and benefits projects, including design and management of various benefit programs
- Support vendor procurement and provide benefit enrollment assistance, ensuring quality deliverables
- Analyze vendor products and conduct benchmarking studies while collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time and within budget
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
