Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health & Benefits Associate Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to health and benefits projects, including design and management of various benefit programs
  • Support vendor procurement and provide benefit enrollment assistance, ensuring quality deliverables
  • Analyze vendor products and conduct benchmarking studies while collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time and within budget
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
