Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent - ACA/Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Marketplace health insurance plans during the Open Enrollment Period (OEP)
• Explain medical plan features and advantages while supporting current members with cost/plan analysis
• Engage with qualified live leads without a pre-existing leads list to facilitate sales

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Resident Health and Life Insurance Licenses with CE completed
• Charismatic and persuasive sales skills with the ability to build relationships
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
• Open availability between 8am-11pm EST, 7 days a week during the season
