Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent in Texas will manage inbound and outbound calls to assist individuals in understanding their health insurance coverages and selecting appropriate products while building customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with understanding their health insurance options
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met
• Assist with the workflow of applications for Medicare consideration and address related policy questions

Required qualifications:

• Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in Texas
• At least one year of previous sales experience, preferably in insurance sales for individuals under 65
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
• Comfort with desktop computer systems and technology
