Job Summary
Supporting existing Medicare members, the full-time Texas Licensed Health Insurance Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls focused on retention, education, and issue resolution in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with Medicare members to enhance retention and resolve issues
- Educate members on their coverage options without using high-pressure sales tactics
- Meet performance metrics related to call quality, member engagement, and schedule adherence
Required qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life license
- Minimum of 1 year of Medicare experience
- Ability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
- Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
- Familiarity with multiple software systems
