Texas Licensed Health Plan Director

Job Summary

Driving the design and operationalization of health plan products, the full-time Texas Licensed Health Plan Director will lead product development for Individual and Family Plans and employer lines of business while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development and benefit design for health plans, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
• Serve as the primary liaison across internal teams to align on product intent and operational structure
• Monitor regulatory and market changes, adjusting product strategies as necessary to maintain alignment with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Experience in health plan product development or benefit design within an IFP, employer, or managed care environment
• Strong understanding of health insurance plan structures and regulatory frameworks, including ACA and TDI
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities
