Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads for large group health plans
• Consult and advise brokers and clients on tailored health insurance solutions
• Develop and present comprehensive health insurance proposals to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales of large group, self-funded health plans
• Deep understanding of large group health insurance products and ACA compliance
• Active health insurance license or ability to obtain one
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
• 3+ years of experience in large group health plan sales preferred
