Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads in the large group market
• Consult and advise brokers and clients on employee benefit needs
• Develop, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales of large group, self-funded health plans
• Deep understanding of large group health insurance products and ACA compliance
• Active health insurance license or ability to obtain one
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams
