Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Texas Licensed Healthcare Advocate will assist customers with their health benefits by responding to inquiries, educating them on healthcare options, and facilitating connections with care providers, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims on the first call
- Guide and educate customers on consumer-driven healthcare topics to help them select the best benefit plans
- Contact care providers to assist customers with appointment scheduling and internal specialist connections
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Experience with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate complex computer systems
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility for occasional overtime and weekends
