Job Summary
To support the upcoming Medicare enrollment season, Texas Licensed Healthcare Agents will work remotely in a direct hire capacity, assisting clients with understanding their coverage options and completing health plan sales in an inbound call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist individuals in selecting appropriate health coverage products and services based on their needs
- Provide full lifecycle customer service, handling both inbound inquiries and follow-up calls
- Complete sales conversions and renewals of health plans while identifying additional customer needs
Required qualifications
- Active and in good standing Texas Health License
- Minimum of six months of sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High-speed internet access (greater than 15 mbps)
- Valid (non-expired) ID matching the resident licensing state
