Job Summary
Supporting existing Medicare members, the full-time Texas Licensed Healthcare Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls focused on retention, education, and issue resolution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with Medicare members to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Educate members on their coverage options and assist with any concerns without using high-pressure tactics
- Meet performance expectations related to call quality, member engagement, and retention metrics
Required qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life license
- Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience
- Comfortable working across multiple software systems
- Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
- Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
