Job Summary
To support a growing remote team, the part-time Texas Licensed Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service, verify patient information, and assist with prescription benefits over inbound and outbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service and patient support for prescription-related inquiries
- Verify patient information and gather billing and medical details
- Operate in compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free workspace and work full scheduled shifts
- High-speed internet with a wired connection is mandatory
