Job Summary

To support a growing remote team, the part-time Texas Licensed Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service, verify patient information, and assist with prescription benefits over inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and patient support for prescription-related inquiries
  • Verify patient information and gather billing and medical details
  • Operate in compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain a distraction-free workspace and work full scheduled shifts
  • High-speed internet with a wired connection is mandatory
