Texas Licensed Healthcare Data Analyst

Job Summary

Providing leadership and advanced analytical expertise, the remote Senior Value-Based Healthcare Data Analyst will support healthcare quality, regulatory, and operational reporting initiatives while ensuring the accuracy and compliance of complex healthcare data.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise analytic activities and coordinate efforts across Quality, Clinical, Informatics, IT, and Business Intelligence teams
• Support organizational objectives related to quality performance, affordability, and improved member outcomes through data-driven insights
• Ensure compliance with NCQA, CMS, and state regulatory requirements for healthcare data submissions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, including project leadership or analyst mentoring
• Experience supporting NCQA HEDIS Compliance Audits and value-based care programs
• Solid experience with data validation, ETL processes, and healthcare reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, with a working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
