Texas Licensed Healthcare Informatics Supervisor

Job Summary

To enhance financial performance, the full-time Texas Licensed Healthcare Informatics Supervisor will oversee a team of analysts, manage the production of financial reports and reconciliations, and coordinate analytical support for various internal departments while working remotely from Pearland, TX.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of recurring financial reports and analyses to understand key business drivers
• Develop and implement systems and processes for effective reporting and analysis
• Coordinate analytical support delivery to internal customers and present findings to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, decision support, or healthcare informatics
• 3+ years of programming experience in SQL, SAS, or similar application language
• 2+ years of experience supervising or managing teams and projects
• Experience writing and debugging complex queries against relational databases
• Demonstrated ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights
