Job Summary

Texas Licensed Hearing Representative provides full-time remote advocacy for individuals seeking disability benefits through the Social Security Administration, including case representation and claim development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent claimants before Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) to argue cases for favorable outcomes
  • Write pre-hearing and post-hearing briefs, and evaluate claims for validity
  • Meet company productivity and performance standards while maintaining a professional demeanor
Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school or EDPNA in good standing
  • Admission to practice law with a clean disciplinary record if holding a JD
  • Minimum one year of experience representing claimants in SSD/SSI hearings
  • Experience in drafting On The Record Decisions (OTR) and briefs for the Appeals Council
  • Understanding of non-medical aspects of Social Security disability practice
