Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Coordination - Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and update management on clinical quality metrics and HEDIS processes
• Establish action plans to improve HEDIS scores and evaluate member compliance reports
• Manage the HEDIS project, including oversight of nurses and adherence to timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of quality improvement or healthcare-related experience
• Working knowledge of HEDIS requirements is preferred
• Experience analyzing healthcare quality data and tracking compliance trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SQL query writing is a major plus
