Texas Licensed HEDIS Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Performance Improvement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates the development of organizational improvement ideas and manages Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs
• Oversees complex HEDIS project lifecycles including data analysis and Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs)
• Maintains knowledge of compliance standards and coordinates quality management efforts through data collection and care gap analysis

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Lean Healthcare Management preferred
• Project Management Professional certification preferred
• Registered Nurse licensure preferred
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related health science degree preferred
