Job Summary
Leading high voltage transmission line and substation projects, the full-time Texas Licensed High Voltage Project Manager will oversee the entire project life cycle from conception to commissioning in a remote and hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Leads full-life cycle high voltage substation and transmission renewable energy system projects, ensuring successful completion and commissioning
- Acts as the main Project Engineering & Commercial Leader for stakeholders, focusing on operational P&L management and project execution
- Develops and implements project timelines, budgets, risk management strategies, and compliance tracking for high voltage initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of Project Management experience in high voltage substation and transmission renewable energy systems or large-scale energy infrastructure EPC projects
- Must possess an Engineering Degree and a Professional Engineering License (PE) in Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Experience in full-life cycle Project Management, including commissioning and management of construction staff and deliverables
- Strong background in technical project management, including contractor evaluation, financials, and project phasing
- Familiarity with Critical Path Method scheduling theories and scheduling software such as Primavera and MS Project
