Offering a flexible schedule, the part-time Texas Licensed Hospice Veterinarian will provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services to pet families in Alamo Heights, Kirby, and Windcrest, focusing on compassionate end-of-life care without the constraints of a non-compete agreement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services to pet families
- Manage a self-scheduled workload to accommodate client needs
- Communicate professionally with team members and pet families
Required qualifications
- DVM/VMD/BVMS degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Valid driver's license and ability to work independently in a mobile environment
- Weekend availability on a rotational basis
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted
- Strong compassion and respect for both pets and their families
