Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert for complex employee relations matters
• Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and ensure compliance with HR policies
• Mentor Caregiver Relations consultants and maintain HR metrics and dashboards for data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in general human resources at the exempt level in a multi-state environment
• 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and ADAAA
• Advanced experience in labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
• HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SHRM-CP) upon hire is preferred
