Job Summary

To support employee relations initiatives, the full-time Texas Licensed HR Consultant will serve as a resource for leaders and caregivers, ensuring compliance with HR policies while managing employee relations research and maintaining HR metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for core leaders and caregivers facing employee relations matters
• Conduct employee and labor relations research, identifying trends and the need for interventions
• Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, reporting findings to align actions with data insights

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
• 2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
• 2 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
