Job Summary
To support HR functions in a remote capacity, the Texas Licensed HR Generalist will act as a key advisor on employee relations, enforce HR policies, and analyze HR data for strategic insights.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a key HR advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, conducting investigations and ensuring compliance with policies and laws
- Interpret and enforce HR policies, partner with leadership to develop procedures, and conduct compliance audits
- Analyze HR data and present insights to leadership, recommending strategies for retention and workforce optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in HR Generalist roles
- No travel requirements
