Texas Licensed ICU Registered Nurse

Job Summary

Providing essential nursing care for a group of patients, the full-time Texas Licensed ICU Registered Nurse will work onsite in San Antonio, TX, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care while completing necessary competencies and related duties.

Key responsibilities

• Administer nursing care to assigned patients based on their needs and the nurse's competencies
• Complete established competencies within the designated introductory period
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisory staff

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Possession of a current Texas State License for Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support certification (must obtain AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire)
• Completion of AHA ACLS and AHA PALS within 60 days of hire or transfer into role
• Preferred experience of two years in acute care, with clinical nursing experience in med/surg, telemetry, or ICU
