Job Summary
To support a growing immigration practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Immigration Paralegal will prepare and file high-volume PERM applications, compile and analyze case facts, and maintain client documentation, with the option to work remotely while residing in a state with a physical office.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file PERM applications under attorney supervision
- Compile and analyze case facts and maintain organized client documentation
- Communicate directly with multiple attorneys regarding case progress and requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
- 5+ years of experience drafting and preparing PERM applications, preferably in a large law firm
- Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
