Job Summary

A company is looking for an In-House Litigation Attorney (Engagement) to handle various commercial matters and manage outside counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complex commercial litigation matters in State and Federal Court
• Coordinate and manage outside counsel and implement risk management best practices
• Develop strategies to resolve litigation matters efficiently and cost-effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in complex commercial litigation in Texas
• Experience with trial procedures and discovery processes
• Prior experience at a top-tier law firm and in-house litigation
• Active license to practice law in Texas
• Availability for approximately 20 hours per week in a remote setting
