• Establish processes for technical claim handling to ensure high customer satisfaction and best-in-class loss performance
• Recruit, retain, and develop a motivated team of injury professionals while providing technical claims recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of experience in resolving liability and injury investigations
• Strong technical understanding of liability and casualty principles
• Experience managing complex injury claims through closure
• Ability to obtain and maintain insurance licenses in several states within three months
