Texas Licensed Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Texas Licensed Inside Sales Agent will handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Manage inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without cold calling
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining the Property & Casualty Insurance license if not already held

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
