Texas Licensed Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Texas Licensed Inside Sales Agent will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and products in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders
• Manage incoming warm leads without cold calling, ensuring a customer-centric approach
• Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license if not already held

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
• Proficient in typing and PC skills
• Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held)
