Texas Licensed Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing insurance sales team, the full-time Texas Licensed Inside Sales Agent will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and products in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders
• Manage inbound calls, utilizing sales expertise to turn prospects into satisfied clients
• Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license if not already licensed

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; a minimum of 2 years in a sales/service-related role required
• Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficient typing capabilities and PC skills
