Texas Licensed Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing insurance sales team, the full-time Texas Licensed Inside Sales Agent will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate products and benefits in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders
• Participate in paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license if not already licensed
• Work a flexible schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, managing incoming leads without cold calling

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary to close sales
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficient typing capabilities and PC skills
