Texas Licensed Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Inside Sales Representative, Non Med - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential agents and opportunities in the assigned region
• Conduct sales presentations to showcase non-medical offerings and address client needs
• Develop relationships with key agency and carrier partners to foster trust and loyalty

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of related experience in employee benefits sales or sales support
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits, including ancillary benefits and market trends
• A current and good-standing Life and Health Insurance license is required
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office platforms
