Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager in Institutional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for exception cases, escalations, and regulatory compliance within Consulting Services and Deferred Compensation teams
• Facilitate technical training and ensure team performance through quality reviews and metrics tracking
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of work

Required Qualifications

• Current CPC, QPA, QKC, or QKA ASPPA designation
• 10+ years of related experience in the retirement industry
• Strong retirement plan knowledge and client-facing consulting experience
• Leadership and management capabilities that drive results
• Project management experience preferred
