Texas Licensed Instructional Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Coach, K-5.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve instructional practices through collaboration with teachers and modeling effective teaching strategies
• Facilitate professional development by designing and leading workshops and training sessions
• Use data to drive instruction by assisting teachers in analyzing assessment data and setting instructional goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of successful classroom teaching experience in a K-5 virtual school setting
• Experience leading professional development or mentoring/coaching teachers
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required
• A valid Texas teaching certificate with an endorsement in Elementary K-5
• Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field is preferred
