Job Summary
To enhance instructional quality for grades 9-12, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Instructional Manager will lead and support Instructional Supervisors by developing instructional systems, monitoring teacher effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with state requirements in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide coaching and professional development to Instructional Supervisors while monitoring the implementation of instructional initiatives
- Oversee teacher evaluation processes and ensure compliance with the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS)
- Analyze instructional and teacher performance data to drive continuous improvement and support academic achievement
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field
- Valid Texas Teaching Certificate and preferably a Texas Principal Certificate or enrollment in a principal certification program
- A minimum of 5 years of successful educational experience, including secondary classroom teaching and instructional leadership
- Strong knowledge of instructional coaching, teacher development, and secondary instructional practices
- Experience using the Google Workspace suite in a professional or academic setting
