Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent to assist customers in a remote work-from-home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their insurance needs through high-volume inbound calls
• Educate customers about coverage options and available products
• Build and maintain relationships with customers without cold calling

Required Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• For bilingual positions: Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
• Ability to work full-time including evenings and weekends
• Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
