Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Process policyholder servicing transactions accurately and timely while adhering to regulatory and compliance rules
- Assist renters with servicing transactions, including payment processing, billing inquiries, and policy edits
- Document tasks and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (can be obtained within 30 days of hiring)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexible work hours to meet contact center needs, including potential overtime
- Ability to manage confidential information and learn new processes quickly
