Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Process policyholder servicing transactions accurately and timely while adhering to regulatory and compliance rules
• Assist renters with servicing transactions, including payment processing, billing inquiries, and policy edits
• Document tasks and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

Required Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance License (can be obtained within 30 days of hiring)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Flexible work hours to meet contact center needs, including potential overtime
• Ability to manage confidential information and learn new processes quickly
