Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound calls, addressing customer concerns, and identifying sales opportunities
• Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Effectively multitask between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience
• Available for a comprehensive paid training program including licensing and product training
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
• Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a background screening and be legally permitted to work in the United States
